Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable.

Please return the item/items with proof of purchase, in perfect condition within 14 days and we will refund or replace the goods. We cannot accept returns or used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free or charge from the Post Office.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please call for assistance on 01743 343488.
